Membership FAQ's
Why did you create memberships?
We designed our memberships to create a smarter, more accessible way for clients to maintain their beauty routine. Instead of large one -off payments, memberships allow you to invest in consistent self-care through smaller, manageable payments - without compromising on quality, service, or experience.
Is the membership cheaper than booking casually?
The value isn't about discounting services - it's about structure. Memberships make premium beauty more financially sustainable by spreading the cost across the year, making it easier to maintain consistency without financial pressure.
Does my service experience change as member?
Not at all. Members receive the same high - end service, premium products, and luxury experience - simply with a smarter payment structure & added benefit.
Who are memberships designed for?
Memberships are for clients who value consistency, convenience, and long - term results - and want a more manageable way to pay for the services they already love.
How does payment work?
Your total annual service is broken into smaller, regular payments, making your beauty routine easier to manage financially while staying consistent with your appointments.
Is this a lock-in contract?
We've designed memberships to be flexible, transparent, and client first. Full terms are clearly outlined before joining, so you always know exactly how it works.
Membership Conditions
- Membership does not include the initial set application.
- Memberships include 2 refills per month of either classic/angel, hybrid, volume or eyelash extensions depending on the membership type selected.
- New member service fee $9.00 + GST
- Member service fee 3.25%
- Failed payment fee $9.00 + GST
- Appointments can only be made in the salon/phone or DM - No online appointments at this time.
- 24 hours' notice required for any changes to scheduled booking time.
- No-show/less than 24 hours' notice to cancel a booking will incur a $25 fee.
- Missed appointments can be ‘added’ to next appointment 2 or 3 weekly depending on membership terms.
- No transfers. Minimum 12 weeks membership. Automatic renewal unless notified.
- Members are permitted to upgrade to a different application type at an appointment for an additional fee paid at the time of service. If this new look is a better fit, members are permitted to upgrade to a different membership type for an additional recurring membership fee.
- Members may cancel their membership with 30 days’ notice by contacting the salon but will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
