Privacy policy


  • When you book an appointment at Get Lash'd that appointment time is reserved especially for you. Cancellations, reschedules and no shows leave gaps in our stylist's schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other clients waiting for appointments. We respectfully ask for any cancellations or rescheduling to be done at least 48 hours advance.
  • There will be no refunds of your deposit after 24hrs of booking. Deposits for appointments cancelled before 48hr period will be kept as credit to be used for your next visit - NO REFUNDS
  • No shows will be billed for the full amount of the service. Accounts will need to be paid in full before future appointments can be scheduled. Booking fee will come off the total of your appointment cost.
  • As a courtesy to our staff and other clients a minimum 48 hours' notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments. Deposits will be forfeit if an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hrs.
  • Please call us if you think you will arrive late for your reserved appointment time. If possible, we will try to adjust our schedule. However, we cannot give a guarantee, so please be aware that your treatment time may be shortened with a full cost charged.
  • Can't get an appointment on your desired time? Ask to go on our waiting list and if something becomes available, you will be contacted.

    Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment, and 5 minutes early for all other appointments. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any forms or use the bathroom and remove any make-up if need be.

    We offer professional lash & brow services therefore it is the client's responsibility to make sure all makeup product or/and old strip lash glue is removed prior to Full Lash sets and Lash Refills. Kindly cleanse your lashes with the recommended lash cleanser making sure the root of your lashes is clean to ensure the best bond possible.

    Please note that any reactions to eyelash extensions are not foreseeable by Get Lash'd skilled and trained staff. Whilst care is taken, no refunds will be issued for reactions. Get Lash'd do offer a free removal if any reactions occurs. Please contact your GP immediately if you become aware of allergic reaction so they can assist you as soon as possible. 

    Clients must be at least 15 years or older to receive services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be present in the treatment room during the consultation.
    We ask that all mobile phones are tuned off or on silent in the treatment rooms. If you are receiving a lash session, we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete being that our lash specialists are using tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.

    BEFORE YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT
    Avoid coffee as this may affect the treatment for example, your eyes will flutter which will make it difficult to perform the treatment.
    • Remove all make up.
    • Do not curl your lashes with an eyelash curler.
    • Clean your lashes (recommend with an oil free lash cleanser).
    If you wear contact lenses, please remove prior to the treatment as the fumes from the glue may enter the eyes and onto the contact lenses which may cause redness and irritation to the eyes.

    LASH INFILLS
    It will be considered an infill when:
    • there is 25% lash extensions left after removal of grown out lashes, lashes that have grown in different direction or volume fans that have closed.
    • Full set is required after 4 weeks

    NEW CLIENTS
    Please allow additional 15-30 minutes consultation time if you are a new customer. The additional time (i.e. for extensions) allows the lash stylist to discuss with you the perfect lash recipe that is suitable for your lifestyle. Please also allow additional 15 to 30 minutes if removal of existing lashes is required.

    NO MOBILE PHONES & GUESTS
    This is to maintain a quiet and relaxed environment for our clients during the treatment and ensure that the experience at the salon is enjoyable. This is a time to catch up on some well-deserved rest (lash nap) but most importantly, to allow the lash stylist to produce beautiful sets of lashes for all our customers

    PAYMENT
    We encourage our clients to arrive on time to keep our salon running smoothly. Arriving late to your appointment may result in reduced treatment time and full payment is still required.

    ANY FEEDBACK OR ISSUES POST APPOINTMENT
    If you are not happy with the set or have any problems with your lashes such as major fall outs, please contact the salon within two (2) days of your application as you may be eligible for a free 30-minute infill. This will also allow us to troubleshoot and determine reasons for the fall outs.
