Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not replace damaged or loss items outside of the first 3 days of delivery if they have been opened or used. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Our courses & online courses cannot be returned or refunded after you have accessed them under any circumstance.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Course Deposits and Refunds

The above refund policy is not applicable to ALL courses. 

The $250 initial deposit to secure your "in-person" course is non-refundable under all circumstances. Course bookings can be cancelled up to 72 hours out from the booked dates and any additional amounts paid will be refunded minus the initial deposit of $250. Upon paying the deposit and course fees you agree to these terms. 

Courses will become non-refundable on or past the scheduled training dates. 

Online courses are non-refundable once the products have been sent out. Due to the release of intellectual property, we cannot refund an online course purchase once you have accessed the course. If you wish to request a refund you will need to put this in writing to getlashdtraining@outlook.com within 3 days of purchase. 

Get Lash'd reserves the right to discontinue a student's enrolment in an online course in the event of copyright infringement or unauthorized sharing of personal login credentials with individuals who have not remitted payment. Such action is taken in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and aligns with our professional standards.

Course Rescheduling 

Classroom course bookings may be rescheduled up until 72 hours before the booked date. Courses that are rescheduled within 72 hours of the booked date will incur a $250 transfer fee. The $250 transfer fee will be non-refundable should you choose to cancel the course booking once you have rescheduled.
