Shipping policy

All orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking. 

We charge a flat rate of $10.95 for standard Parcel Post, and $15.95 for Express Post.

If you spend over $150 on your order, you are eligible for FREE standard post.

We offer same day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm AEST. Orders that are placed after 2pm AEST will be posted the following business day. 

Get Lash'd is not liable for any delays caused by the wrong address being supplied by the purchaser at checkout.

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, we are not liable for lost, misplaced or stolen parcels. 

In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, you will need to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post yourself, or if necessary, Get Lash'd can also assist you.

Please note that orders containing lash adhesives will not be shipped on a Friday, or on a weekday before a public holiday. This is to minimize the risk of your adhesive being left in an uncontrolled environment for extended periods of time.
